The WildCard 64 backup and development system for the Nintendo 64 is now available for purchase exclusively from Chameleon. The WildCard 64 allows you to archive your Nintendo 64 games to the hard disk of a PC via it's own PC Backup Kit, thus protecting your original (and expensive) cartridges. These game backups can then be played on the console at any time by simply sending them straight to the WildCard 64 via your computers parallel port. The WildCard also comes with a CD-ROM unit which allows you to load in any game straight from your own compilation CD. The WildCard 64 displays a menu of the games on your CD straight to your TV, from which you can easily select the game you wish to play. Included with your WildCard is all the necessary software to make your backups, upload straight from your PC, write your custom CD menu's, and even to convert your existing Doctor 64 backups to run on your WildCard.
The WildCard 64 will also aid the coder in programming games and software for the Nintendo 64, allowing the user to quickly and easily test code on the Nintendo unit straight from their computer.
