it seems like y’all fw my mommy content so, i’ll share another moment from when i was expecting. this image was from my first pregnancy. not gonna lie, i began to struggle with my identity in this phase of my journey. i didn’t know if i was going to lose “myself” and the person i was before motherhood. i didn’t want to lose friends and i was worried that a piece of me was dying as i cultivated a new life inside of me. i’m grateful for my support system because they helped me understand that i was only evolving. i accepted that things were going to change but the reward was far more than i could’ve ever dreamed.💫
