Da ich meinen Bahnhof um eine Raiffeisen-Anlage ergänzen möchte, brauche ich für diese natürlich auch noch das ein passendes Fahrzeug. Hierbei fiel meine Wahl auf den Mercedes Rundhauber, da dieser auch in den 80er Jahren noch weit verbreitet war und dementsprechend zeitlich zu meinem Bahnhof sehr passend ist. Die Front des Modells ist bis auf ein paar kleine Veränderungen dabei von Florian aus unsrer Noppenbahner-Gruppe übernommen, der Rest des Modells ist vollständig von mir.
As I am planning to add a 'Raiffeisen'-Business to my train station, I figured I would need a fitting truck to go with it. I therefor picked a Mercedes 'Rundhauber', as these where still quite popular in the 80s, my depicted era. The front of the model is, despite of some minor changes, taken from a model by Florian from our Noppenbahner-group, while the rest is entirely my job.
Although the competition was pretty steep, this is absolutely the most battered car I saw in Beirut, although sadly it doesnt seem to to be in use any more
