Gus could not reunite with Peonia wearing just his army belt and hat so he has been at the mouse tailor since yesterday. I made his shirt and tie from my husband's cast offs and his pants were once part of my pants. His vest is wool felt and I added seed buttons. I had to make each of these items 2x to get the right fit. I started with patterns from a dollhouse dressing book.

My attempt to update Edward into the world of mesh and Bento body parts.
Originally Edward was based on Sean Connery (his name coming from Connery's character in The Great Train Robbery). He's developed over the years. Mostly the facial hair.
I'd like to see more chestnut colours available in men's hair but decent short hair seems to be hard to find in any colour.
The eyes need to be more grey and less blue, so I'll have to go shopping for those.
Other than that I'm pretty happy with it. Possibly go with a paler skin but not sure yet
