I'm healing up well these days. I've been able to run almost every day, do my push ups, lift weights and generally work out like I used to.

I bought this medicine at ebay.
When I opened this envelope, one of the boxes had already been opened. There was not a manual in the box either.
The package design is also a little different from other boxes. I guess it's old one, but I'm not sure because there is no Exp.date on it.
The seller says that he bought the new article and sent it for me.

After my thyroidectomy, I was certain I was going to be so self-conscious of my surgical scar. I wore bandanas around my neck for a short time to help with the sun but otherwise gave up pretty quickly at trying to make my scar "go away" faster.
Almost a year later, I wish it wasn't as visible as it is. I don't get as many looks as I did in the beginning so that's good.
