During our bike trip to Southern France we stayed a few days in Vaison-la-Romaine, a perfect place for a short drone-flight...

In he early morning of February 12th I took this photo with my drone. It just stopped snowing when I saw the sun rising. In the foreground a typical Dutch Windmill, in the background Alkmaar Lake. And when you look really well you can see the gees passing by. Photo taken in Akersloot, the Netherlands

One more of that magical morning near Burg Hohenzollern...

The guard of Naarden....

This was the location that I was trying to get to for the storm shot with my drone. It's on the same narrow country road as the other shot but as I drove up the lane it became apparent that I would be lucky to just be able to get the pano that I posted earlier this week. Such a shame as this would have looked epic with the storm approaching. Still, happy with this pano that I did at the start of the week.
