A matchmaking platform for all who feel passionate about climate innovation, organised by Climate-KIC the Netherlands. About 130 entrepreneurs, SME's, policymakers, scientists, students and potential investors came together to push our community forward and to make plans to realize climate impact together.
Inspirational speakers, interactive workshops and pitching and matchmaking were top ingredients for lively discussions and networking. A great step forward in the development of new ideas and businesses.
I shot some pictures during an event last week. The event was organized by Enviu, which stands for Environment and You. An NGO that focusses on sustainable development. The event was actually an opportunity for starting entrepreneurs with great ideas in the field of sustainable development and match them with people that reside in the network of Enviu. People with knowledge in all sorts of fields.
Each entrepreneur was given a couple of minutes to do an elevator pitch and after that there was time to actually start matching.
I had great fun shooting because the lighting conditions were flat out awfull. Well let's rephrase that: There was just very little light :-) It really pushed me towards thinking better and understanding how I could get better images. A great lesson and a great night!
