We stumbled onto a matchmaking event in the square at one end of a wonderful ancient village that is being built/renovated in Wuxi. Western colour coding of the genders seems to have struck here as blue sheets are male seekers and the pinks are the females. Many of the people looking over the sheets were middle aged -- the parents of young adults looking for a match for their own adult child.
