Using a collaging process similar to the one I used to create my Abstract Collages, I combined a number of pieces from the VIsual Mashups group. Then seriously overprocessed the result using, amongst other tools, Photoshop's Liquefy.
Needs some work. Mainly textures. I'll fine tune the vest/shirt/bandolier parts so they don't clip, too. I think this needs some more parts, though. Not sure yet. Still early WiP stuff.
Mashup is a musical genre which, in its purest form, consists of the combination of the music from one song with the a cappella from another.
Ideally, the music and vocals belong to completely different styles/genres generally considered to be incompatible, yet skillfully and artfully combined into a pleasurably euphonic hybrid.

With so many nostalgia shows returning to TV (MacGyver, Magnum PI, Hawaii 5-O, etc.) networks executives are scrambling to find the Next Huge Thing. Big on ideas but low on budget, they have decided to mash two classics together. Baywatch meets Chips (and perhaps a third? BJ and the Bear?). The Los Angeles streets and beaches will never be safer, nor the same, ever again.
I swear I think Naxos just tps somewhere and stands there until someone comes along to photograph him.

Two works: the stained glass panel is from the Naval Barracks "Kattegat" in Amsterdam by Jacoba van Heemskerck (1921-23).
The abstract in front is "Evolutie/Evolution" by Marjelein Witte (2019).
Although they are very different works of art, the straight line geometry binds them.

Just a mashup I did with the help of some mods. I really like how it makes Damocles look.
