Closed to the public for understandable reasons today , we had to trek up the hill through mounting snow drifts to get a decent set of photos. The wind was blowing the snow in what M called 'blizzard' conditions and even after 20 minutes our footprints had been swept away. Anyway I hope you'll think the cold was worth it!

Another shot of the big Teton from my trip through Jackson up to Big Sky a month or two ago. This was probably the clearest view of it that we had, and the dreary wintery gray was persistent every day. But I still had to go to Ansel's overlook and see the classic view. Pretty damn cool in person I must say.
3 shot vertical pano taken with the telephoto lens.

Like a tightly coiled spring this cheetah bounds across the range with her target fixed in her gaze. She is the culmination of a million years of evolution. She is nature's Ferrari. 0 - 60 mph in under 5 seconds. She is perfection. #BigCats #Bringit #Canon
