I love these. They are one of my favorite trees because of all the warmth and peace that they symbolize for me.
The day of the wedding I heard this song in the cab on the way to the ceremony, and it was stuck in my head the whole time I was in Oahu aka Over the Rainbow.
the groom offered to take me 'hiking' up to the top of Kokohead because there were some amazing views of the island from up there. This is not a hike, its 1.5 miles of stairs made from rail ties up the side of a mountain.
But I did it. And he was kind and patient, which makes me think he will be an amazing husband.
