A folding pictorial map of the area covered by the Southern Region of the newly branded British Rail and giving details of resorts, destinations and attractions that could be reach by their services. It also gives details of fares such as the bargain "Leg-Room Special" fares alongside mid-week, Holiday Runabout, Rail Rovers and Group Travel. Their also still, just, advertising Camping Coaches as well as Continental services via the BR ferry routes.

The folder is not dated but the two route diagrams - maps - shown are dated to 1966. They show that various branch lines have already been pruned under the Beeching "Axe" and, of course, there have been many subsequent changes to routes and service patterns particularly in the London Suburban area such as Tramlink and Thameslink.

This is the diagramattic version of the Southern's extensive suburban network that covered much of South London and the adjacent Home Counties. Largely electrically operated this was one of the world's largest and busiest suburban and commuting networks serving the main city termini of Victoria, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Holborn Viaduct, Cannon Street and London Bridge. There have been some substantial changes over the years such as Thameslink, Tramlink between Wimbledon and Croydon and some other losses.

This is our current working map of the spheres. Note that some of the spheres already explored have a shorthand listing of the system (this will be added to periodically as the group explores more territory further away from their home sphere.)

A two day trip to visit Erik. Started out early Sunday morning and took only secondary roads; had it all to myself. Nice and warm, blue skies - what more do you need?

Together we explored the northern part of Langeland Monday before I went home again. Took secondary roads all the way back too and arrived home around 9 in the evening.

Everyone needs a map in there room to plan out there next new adventure.

Workshop Ökologie: Mind map zum Naturschutzgebiete-Änderungsantrag

The infamous house on the hill looms over Los Angeles like an old friend, long forgotten to time and sits empty waiting for anyone to fully understand the stories that the walls have witnessed first hand.

It was here Dr. Harold Perelson on the eve of December 6th, 1959 had gone mad, killing his wife with the intent of killing their three children as well. When the eldest daughter escaped and got help, Dr. Perelson had taken his life and let the house and its tragedies be lost to history.

Despite the house being handed over to a woman, and later her son, the house was left as a time capsule with no one daring to live within those walls since the murder all those decades ago. For the first time, the time capsule has been open and welcomed its first visitors outside of its owner to explore the ballroom on the top floor and old fashioned bar, the four master bedrooms, gorgeous staircase, and the evidence of life left behind.

Malaysia used to be called Malacca. Which if you speak Greek, you'll do a bit of a double take over.
