i cannot walk by this damn counter without buying something.

Brush holders never have enough slots. So I made this with two rows instead of one. I've got to do a tutorial, as I made this out of a place mat! Instead of having my brushes in three different places, I can now find them conveniently in one. Fold the top over, roll up the holder, and tie. Drop in your handbag or makeup case and every brush you need is with you!

So I haven't done a shoot with my girl Winnie in a long time, and i've been planning out this shoot for over a month, and it came together AMAZING.

I always enjoy working with Winnie because when we come together our ideas come to life! We love unique photoshoots! Can't wait to work with her again. You'll be seeing her a lot in my photos :) Love you girl! Great job on Saturday!

and I got inspired to do something big. I really wanted a circus theme and a hello kitty theme. As you can see, this is the dark circus theme.

I favor this dark photoshoot because it's a rare one that I not only was a photographer, but a makeup artist.

If you haven't guessed by now, I LOVE creating characters (makeupwise), I love transformation photos,

I'm inspired to do things differently, and this was definitely unique. I've been in love with circus theme, and Winnie and I were looking through photos and we were inspired by this photo:

We're a fan of dark and demented looks, and this was perfect to give me a outline of what I wanted to do.

This is what I carry around with me most days.

I have a few more things that I wear every day but don't bring with me...bottle foundation, eyelash curler, cream blush (which I really should stuff in here...).

If I'm crunched for space, I just bring the powder, eyeliner, and concealer.
