For this photoset, I wanted to look at how makeup can control us and also demoralize us as women. Although makeup is a form of self-expression, society pressurizes us into making us think that we will be "boring" or "frigid" if we don't wear it. I explored this concept by photography my classmates, and then adding makeup over the top of the black and white photographs in an exaggerated way. I also wanted to show how makeup could silence women. Sometimes, women can be made to think that they are objects, and that they are no better than what they look like. I demonstrated this by again, layering makeup over photographs (this time colour), but smeared foundation over the lips of my models, to show how we can be "suffocated" and "silenced" by makeup and societies expectations of us because of makeup.

A mirror isn't simply a mirror with regards to makeup since nearly all women are conscious of their looks when they venture out on a romantic date that they like to get that perfect appearance therefore yes cosmetic mirror can be a equally important part of a woman's everyday life. The majority of the toilet mirrors have been attached with your swivel hinge along with one side of the mirror is ordinary whereas the other side of the mirror is emptied.

I went to Elianto for buying some stuffs for me ;) I love makeup and those stuffs for girls! ;) Who doesn't love makeup?
I usually wear this ;
1) A sunblock when I go to school, everyday (But I still have a bad skin, you know, sunburn) Pfft.
2) A lip balm for me. I think my lips is so dry so I have to wear it. Oh I use honey too, once a week! ;)
That's all I guess. I don't wear too much makeup when I go to school, because probably my skin's going to be oily o.O
I wear this when I go hangout ;

2) Mineral healthy Powder from Maybelline
3) Waterproof liquid eyeliner from Maybelline
4) Lipgloss for my dry lips from Nivea
That's all. Simple. Truly, I do believe everygirl is pretty and so are you! ;)
P/s : Sometimes I'm not wearing any makeup for my face. I don't care with makeup 24 hours, it's just a hobby when I'm bored. So yeah.
