There was no time to change settings in my camera, while using a classic manual focus lens on old, slow camera.
In no way, I'd get usable pictures of this, while using AF lens on this camera. She was moving fast.
So, I was lucky enough to get that much, until, she went out of focus range.
It's amazing, how everything is perfect about her.

My wife's tulips continue to bloom apace. Gave me an opportunity to see if the Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 50mm f/2.8 (early) is any good. I've owned far far too many of these over the years looking for that supposed "Zeiss Majick." This is the _only_ Jena Tessar that's crossed my path that's been any good. And this one, for the love of the optics gawds I don't know why, is cracking good/brilliant.
After riding bikes for hours, Majick and I decided to rest at a playground.
This was an 8 second exposure.
It was a great Fall day.. and night.

i love bottles. I once had a great many more then what you see here but after moving so many times you tend to try and lessen the burden of Stuff and Things.
yay for bottles of potion and majick, yay for bottles of herbals and perfume, yay for bottles sporting delicate labels that read "Drink me" and yay for the way they glow so elegantly in cool window light.
I love working in white on white. There's something majick about the way light bounces around and makes everything beautiful.

Look look! I recently got the chance to play with clay and do some glazing. This crazy lil Goddess was the result. Was so much fun. I wish I had regular access to clay and a kiln. Honestly there was something so delicious and primordial feeling about the cool earthy clay in my hands taking shape like majick.
