When I learned that a small toy store had been raided by the Department of Homeland Security for selling a (legal) Rubik's Cube knock-off, I had to order a few.

[Even if the original was technically correct, I wanted to try something new with editing. I am satisfied with the result, although the photo might seem now technically speaking a mess. I count very much on your opinions.]

He is my little rescue bunny. He sits like a hare and that was what instantly caught my eye. Little did we know when we adopted him, his brother was hiding away in the back of the cage. So infact I got both boys, I couldn't leave one behind! Magic is a purer white then Russell, with only a small black marking under one eye. He has one blue and one brown eye unlike his brother Russ, who has both blue. I love their quirky personalities and unique looks. Little diamonds.
Day 200
This is a magic stone. It is my 'take time out for myself' stone. It was given to me at a workshop I went to about grief and bereavement. Each of us was given the chance to chose a stone and at the same time to make a promise to ourselves. The promise is inbued in the stone so that each time we touch it or look at it we are reminded of the promise we made. Mine was to be 'slow', to take time for me (not just rush around and try and help other people). This is a magic stone... it is a gift.
It's only a mouse, but it's wonderful. I've never seen an object with such a minimalistic design. Regarding the ergonomicity... only time will tell.
Since I slept through this morning's Flickr meet-up (oops) I felt compelled to compensate with a jump shot of my own. Also needed to play with my new remote shutter release, a bday gift from my sister! Wow, is it fun!
