I think this will be the strangest Easter weekend most of us have ever experienced. This is Daisy checking the tv listings magazine - she's hoping the promised "Easter treats" on the cover refer to cat food rather than what's on tv!

Matéria que acabou de ser publicada na Revista Photo Magazine - outubro/novembro 2010, sobre mim Raphael Macek e sobre o fotógrafo Dudu Linhares, que temos a mania de retratar olhares dos animais hehehe.
Na revista conto um pouco sobre como começei a fotografar, aonde busco inspiração, e algumas técnicas que utilizo.
No final da matéria tem uma sessão que eu escrevi falando um pouco sobre o equipamento que eu utilizo oque pode ser bem útil para alguns que sempre me perguntam sobre isso.
Espero que apreciem a matéria, é só comprar na banca hahaha.

The Magazine Fort is a bastion fort and magazine located within the Phoenix Park, in Dublin, Ireland. Built in 1735, it was occupied by British Armed Forces until 1922 when it was turned over to the Irish Defence Forces after the Anglo-Irish Treaty.

Back in 2019 Angela & Patrick welcomed me into the Focus group with a showing of my landscapes in their February 2019 issue and seriously you all, that's when I was still doing "fish eyes" :D I hope in this time I have improved a little, but I know for a fact I have been inspired by incredible artists like Charly Keeley-Keating, whom I've often told her she was my muse.
This morning when I opened the December issue of Focus, the story of winter's past brought tears to my eyes, as it was such a beautifully written memory of a child's splendor in the frosty eve of winter's from long ago, and reminded me that photos and artwork are a lasting tribute of a time long gone.
Also, I am humbled and honored that my images were added beside not only an incredible artist, but truly one of the most genuine, inspiring and beautiful women I have ever had the pleasure to know here in Second Life, Mrs Charly. It's been a tough two years, and we have seen and felt much loss. So my wish for us all is that we paint the sky purple, dance to our hearts content and laugh too loud as tomorrow is never promised.
Thank you Angela and the Focus Team for seeing what I always strived to convey and for supporting all the artists who came before and will come after, you all encourage us to see the beautiful creations creators build through our own rose-colored glasses and allow us to express ourselves through our art..I am truly honored.
Happy Holidays to all of you and thank you for your support over the years, it has meant more than you know.
Here we had to pick between four different magazines to "work for." There was Seventeen Magazine featuring a new teenie-bopper, Time Magazine featuring a retired politician, Sports Illustrated featuring an athlete, and Wired Magazine featuring an eclectic computer nerd millionaire. Guess which one I picked...THE GEEK, of course! haha
