Built in 1898 and was the last municipal powder magazine in Georgia when it closed in 1963. Now sits abandoned near a busy commercial highway.
Proud to be a guest photographer for the latest issue of LTD magazine, my all time favorite of all the sl magazines.
I would like to thank everyone that gave me the opportunity and spent time working on the pages.
Hope you enjoy the issue just like I greatly did from cover to cover.

RUMORS MAGAZINE 1
Do you want a magazine that is full of useful information and is on the leading edge of discovering new fashion?
Well sweetie, I am so sorry to disappoint but that is NOT US. :)
We are here to spread RUMORS. We have recruited tons of reporters and paparazzi to stalk the fabulous elite as well as search the entire grid for all the juiciest and most sensational gossips out there. Ohhh Child, they did not disappoint. We have found lots of trashy drama that even your mama would blush. Do check us out and keep those tongues wagging.
Remember, Don’t Do It if you don’t want anybody to find out. We are always watching.

I've been turning over in my mind for a while now the idea of the masks we all put on, and what we present to others. The result is this slightly more conceptual kind of image to remind myself that portraits just capture one of many faces; I also included the sketches I made in the process as part of the final image.
Strobist: Softbox on camera uper left as key. Fill from flash bounced on a wall on camera right, lower on a tripod so it hits the arm and the magazine. A third gridded flash is beamed upwards from below the scissors for added specular detail, these are also slightly pointed towards the key light to capture its reflection.
Here we had to pick between four different magazines to "work for." There was Seventeen Magazine featuring a new teenie-bopper, Time Magazine featuring a retired politician, Sports Illustrated featuring an athlete, and Wired Magazine featuring an eclectic computer nerd millionaire. Guess which one I picked...THE GEEK, of course! haha
I LOVE how it turned out!

Here's the page From David featuring my profile. I actually kinda like the picture they chose. My thanks go out to photographer Tim Wilkerson for making me look halfway decent. ;-)
(And i wonder if it was significant that my 42-year-old ass ended up on page 42. I always have had a thing for numbers...)
我的摩比當雜誌模特兒了!!本月的機車人雜誌介紹mini mike,介紹迷你雲豹跟KSR 110,刊頭照片借用我的寶貝摩比,超開心的!
BIKERS Magazine introduced mini bike this month and borrowed my playmobil to work as the masthead photography, it's very happy that my playmobil could show up on this mike magazine.
As the name says, this was one of a few magazines for storing explosives on ships entering the Mersey.
Eventually as the population of the area grew, so too did the concerns of the residents of having such
an explosive compound on their door step. After much debate and arguing a local resident and member
of the gentry called Sir George Gray set up a committee and lobbied parliament. In 1851 an act of parliament concluded that the gunpowder would now be stored on floating hulks just off the coast of Eastham. The magazine at New Brighton was decommissioned and the powder was moved down river to Eastham.
The magazine itself was built over many years ago, but the gateway remains.

As those following at home probably know, I've been featured in Blocks magazine 3 times this year so far.
But this issue was the first, and as such it holds a special place in my heart.
And it finally arrived on my doorstep today.
It's going straight to the poolroom.
