I really, really hate taking photos now. I make my builds, and my camera screws it all up.
Anyway: this is based off the Modern Warfare 3 level Black Tuesday, and this picture in particular.

First things first, this was heavily inspired off of Dawn Hero's .
So I thought his was the most accurate and creative, so I decided to attempt to recreate it. Also, if you din't notice this was taken with David's camera as well. He'll be here until Wednesday :P

partially based on the one in mw3. i put a bright green dot on the front sight, and glued the shells on the side. it looks messy but its just the lighting

Ahh yes, my sincerest apologies. I definitely owe an explanation. As probably some of you have figured, this whole virus thing has left me with quite a significant amount of free time and nothing much to do with it. I guess old habits die hard haha. That being said, I still do stand by what I said in my previous post, and will be leaving once this whole virus mess is resolved. In the meantime, maybe expect some more future builds. Hope y'all are staying safe!
shoulder-launcher multipurpose assault weapon. so yeah i have worked pretty hard on this over the past week or so and i think it came out great. it has a removable scope, and i drilled out the front and back. i wanted to drill out the front just wide enough so you can fit a he round in it but if i drilled it out anymore the sides would have split :P i will probably re paint the yellow ring because it does not look that sexy. also, merry christmas! only a day left till we getz de pr3sentz!

This is my entry to First Rate Customs' Minifigure Creation Challenge. The due date's soon so I thought I'd submit my entry now before I forget :P The leg design is designed and decaled by me, the rest of the fig is TT, paint, e-tape, and lego rubber bands. Updated my Roach figure but hes not yet done. Ive gotta paint his vest when i gets some more paint and I should be making a BA order thursday.
so here they are,i finished truck last night and the rest have been heavily updated alot of credit goes to mgf customs/reviews :D
This figure is (very) loosely based on the appearance of Frost from MW3 (I switched out his weapon and went with the sunglasses that are already on my sculpted headpiece, instead of sculpting goggs).
I specifically wanted to utilise my Spec Ops head piece from one of my older set's, as I've updated some of the sculpting on this piece and had it recast, to be available as an individual piece. I sculpted a completely new head set and reworked the back of the helmet, so it now comes a little further down the back of the head (I wasn't completely happy with it before).
I also wanted a character that has a bit of contrast between the tan camo shirt/pants and a black vest/accessories. I quite like this look.
The Marksman rifle is a heavily modded BrickArms M110 (I received a baby blue one as a freebee with an order that I made from a UK store, so I decided to make something with it that I could actually use with one of my figures). I added rails, bipod, foregrip, changed the stock for a carbine stock and added lens caps to add a little more detail.
Lastly, I shot against a paving slab background for a bit of texture ; )

Kitbashed some MW/Battlefield figures. Not my usual field of interest but after discussing customs with KalSkirata and the boys, Thought I would see what I could put together from my parts.
I'm not a big fan of the majority of sculpted stuff as a rule so i wanted to represent the kitbash boys (obviously there are exceptions). If these are popular I'm thinking of doing a night/black ops style team too.

Looks like I managed to make a scene from each of the Modern Warfare games. Ah it's been quite the trip down memory lane :p
Compared to the other two, MW3 is probably my least favorite in terms of campaign. But even so, I've got to admit that the final mission for this game is just pure badass and so I definitely wanted to recreate it.

So, After Badger unveiled the FMG BAP I noticed that even Catsy deemed a folding one impossible. I agree. But, with a removable grip, then impossible becomes possible.
After about 5 hours of tedious work, on what I'm pretty sure is a molecular scale, here it is. Terrible photography and all.
Also, New decals for my Nam' figures / build, and I ordered all the fier pieces I could today from SimplyBricks :D
I've added all of the BA gang I can, as I would love if they all took a look :p

I have been meaning to make Frost and Truck ever since I made Sandman and Grinch. Now that I got resupplied with more vests and helmets I am able to do so!

Ah the Modern Warfare series; famous for it's controversial missions. I was inspired to make this after seeing a post on Instagram by @aggressively_canadian featuring the truck from MW3 that carries the chemical agents in the mission. I'm not entirely satisfied with how I made the "gas" but let me know what you think!
Up-mountain and down-mountain trains pass each other on the Waumbek Loop during the 2008 fall colors season at the Mt. Washington Cog Railway, the last such season when the railroad would be mostly steam-powered. On the right, Locomotive #9 "Waumbek" accelerates away from the Waumbek Tank, headed for the summit. The dark plume from her stack and the heavy steam from her cylinders are the tell-tale signs that she's working hard. On the left, Locomotive #3 is just arriving from the summit and is descending using cylinder compression to control the speed of the locomotive, while the brakeman in the coach works a set of hand brakes, to keep the car barely kissing the bumper on the steam engine.
This image was captured just above Waumbek Tank, which is the only source of water on the mountain. Carrying only 750 gallons of water in their tenders and needing a total of 1,000 gallons to reach the summit, the stop is mandatory for the up-mountain trains. The stop is optional for down-mountain trains, depending on their water situation. With water available at Marshfield Base Station, most down-mountain trains will pass on the water stop here unless their situation is critical, as the extra water simply adds unnecessary weight to the train.

A small portion from the Mw3 map "dome". I think it turned out OK, but I kinda rushed on the building a bit. The roof was fun though! :D And the Sand and brickwall. And the humvee and the windows...
Didn't put a lot of deetail on the inside, but I did include the hidden teddy bear under the table ;)
So thats what the humvee was for...
Someday, when I get, oh, about half a million more pieces, I may make the entire map! But that will be a looooong time even if I do.
