I was at the producers' market when I spotted this man and his great mustache from afar and I thought it would be cool to snap a portrait of him.
And as he came closer I started seeing the face tattoos and it became clear I had to ask him a portrait.
He agreed but it obviously bothered him a bit since he wasn't looking at me and kept his head slightly turned away.
I only took two shots, the whole intercation lasted less than a minute.

I thought this front on view of the bird shows off its impressive white moustache / mustache.

john has decided to start sporting a mustache. and referring to himself as "mustache john." what you can't tell from this picture is that he's also sporting a GOLD PINKIE RING and a GOLD CHAIN. i felt it necessary to tell him that i didn't think mustache john was going to get laid as much. he disagreed and said he would just get laid by, and i quote, "a different type of lady." we love you, mustache john.
Pattern is from Urban Threads. This is on the one side of a canvas tote bag. I used a 3 color gradient for each cloud. I love the mustache! This is also for sewphie for Round 11 of the Invite Your Partner Swap on Craftster. Also can't blog about this, or post it on Craftster, until she's received.

Mustache man made an appearance last year around this time and he is back a year later with more. This guy is very silly...I think the mustache was made for him.

Shot with Tony over the weekend for a video for his new website in the works, and decided to take a few photos after we did the key plexi-glass stencil shot. He grabbed a can of paint and a lighter and went to town. You can clearly see the grid in the shot, but when it's on the glass like that and next to all the other things, it's not entirely noticable right away.
I envy that man's mustache.
