An old Delaware Lackawanna & Western Railroad multiple unit (MU) commuter coach sits abandoned among the weeds and trash trees in Stewartstown PA. Inside can be seen what's left of the control stand along with the broken out windscreen.

Takvimlerden haberin yok mu?
Takvimlerden haberin yok mu, geçiyor yıllar
Bana küsmüş yüzüme gülmez zalim aynalar
Kimimiz yorgun, kimimiz vurgun, kimi isyankar
Kimimiz yorgun, kimimiz vurgun kimi isyankar
Acı gerçek bu, ömrümüz bir su geçiyor yıllar
Vakit geç olmuş dönülmez yolmuş yürek bin pişman
Bundan böyle bana meyler dost geceler düşman

This image is particularly special to me. I've fallen for the Owens Valley after an introductory sojourn, and this is a fine keepsake. Somehow I didn't see owl whilst out amongst rocks. The pattern is what I intended to bring back with me. A single frame of it. An accentuated path toward the depths. Being that I remember specifically scanning these cavities for nesting birds, this was a big surprise!
Illinois Central Railroad Pullman 1236 at Stewart Ridge station, on the south side of Chicago, Illinois, June 27, 1965, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. This was a fan trip on the IC's Electric Division, I don't recall the sponsor, perhaps the Central Electric Railfans' Association. The pictured MU car was number 1236, built in 1928 by Pullman. This was the motor of a motor-trailer pair.
