Invitations were issued for Immigration candidates in its Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas and International Education Streams which are part of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP),that allows Manitoba each year to nominate a set number of economic immigration candidates for Permanent Residence.

MPNP conducted the 63rd EOI Draw on April 11, 2019, for the Overseas Skilled Workers. It also issued 51 Letters of Advice to apply directly by the MPNP in the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest Ranking score of the candidate receiving an invitation was 695
