Ran into John outside during Mod Sun's set and he said he was about to go rap onstage. Did not want to miss this, so I went back inside and snagged a few shots. I really like this one!
This is one upload from an awesome shoot I had in Nashville last night. This guy is one of the most genuine guys in the business and probably writes some of the best rap I've heard since Drake (but thats just me). Had a great time kickin' it and smoking a few bowls with this guy (yes its worth mentioning), check him out on the White Boys With Soul Tour along with Jonny Craig

Mod Sun shot for the cover of the second issue of Highlight Magazine.
I have to say, I had no idea what to expect going into this shoot expect the fact that I knew Mod Sun was a happy guy. I've never had so much fun shooting an artist. His genuine attitude is truly a one of a kind thing and I'm honored to be featuring somebody so incredible and down to earth on the cover of Highlight. True artists seem so hard to find these days and Mod Sun is certainly one in a million. I'm going to add several more photos from this shoot soon.

Last night was one heck of a party at the opening night of FMF 2011. I ended up spending a good amount of time with some new and old friends and I met Mod Sun and Yelawolf during the festivities.
I will be posting a blog soon about everything that goes on this weekend, but for now I am off to go enjoy another night of great music!
