The DELs hardly work on this route, having only done the route three times since being introduced to Brentford for route 235. As the first two workings of the DEL type been done at late nights, this working was the first to be done during daytime.

One of five recently transferred E400s from Northampton now plying trade on the 601 route from Welwyn Garden City to Borehamwood.
Arriva have very tastefully repainted Enviro200 MMC 4106 (SN17 MXE) into the old Green Line livery to celebrate 60 years of the 724. When it started in 1966, the route ran from Romford to High Wycombe, and though the current route now goes to Heathrow, it shares much in common with the original.
The bus was unveiled alongside an announcement of investment in new vehicles at the Amersham & District Watford Running Day yesterday and turned its first wheel in service today wearing the 'new' scheme. It's seen here on its second run to Heathrow in Maple Cross.
