I made many mistakes in my life, made wrong decisions and also injured people. But with pride I can say ... I stand by it. I don't hide anything. I don't have to make myself more important and better than I am to get attention. I don't have to turn on my friends' wives either. I am just me, with all strengths and weaknesses.

Although the ascent to Markovište and the Catholic chapel is easy, because the path is arranged and there are stations of the "Way of the Cross" on it, the second part of the ascent to the top itself is very tricky. There is no path, and the way to the top consists of a climb over sharp limestone rocks overgrown with young shoots of hornbeam and ash trees. You should be careful on this climb, because even a small mistake can result in fatal consequences. The highest peak of Klobuk hill is only 478m above sea level.
I was playing around with some of the settings in my camera's menu and accidentally turned on multiple exposures.
Didn't realize it until I went to my son and daughter-in-law's place a few days later for a "Tea, Pumpkin Carving and Games" party. My first 3 shots got combined into one triple exposure. Kind of a ghostly image, just in time for Halloween.
Sometimes, mistakes can make for an interesting image.

Like when shooting in direct sunlight, then walking into the shade and forgetting to change your camera settings. But, occasionally it works out. It just might take a little more post-processing then usual.
A new poster in a local shop window advertising local trades and obviously the photographer - A pity about the spelling mistake. (Glad it wasn't my work).
This guy pointed out the mistake and was kind enough to let me take his photograph.

Taylors Mistake is a locality in New Zealand's South Island, at the southeastern extremity of the city of Christchurch Taylors Mistake is a bay adjacent to the locality, on the north side of
Godley Head, on the northern edge of Banks Peninsula.
For some reason, this and a couple of other pics came out really dark and grainy (I probably screwed up a setting or two again). But, instead of trying to fix it or even trash the pic, I decided to go with it.

I thought you were mine and that was the biggest mistake of thought but I was so wrong, the actual mistake was listening to the thought of heart which was mindless!
The Chreli Abano (Motley Bath) is the most famous Sulfur water SPA of Tbilisi. It's striking Oriental architecture immediately catches the eye of any visitor and many mistake it for a mosque. The historical bath has been recently renovated and offers now a great mix of ancient and modern design. The bath used to host some of the most famous visitors of Tbilisi like A. Pushkin or A. Dumas.

Mt. Baker is lit up by a full moon from Huntoon Point. This photo is straight from the camera. No edits, no cropping, no color enhancement. (Most of my photos come like that anyway).
It took 5 or 6 tries to get the focus correct. I did not get the reflection to show up, but sometimes a mistake turns out better than the original plan!

No mistakes were really made, we were travelling around the gorgeous areas in Bellisseria! We made a pit stop by 1 of the boat shacks. I love those things! ScenScen is a good driver. (totally paid me to say that)
Not sure what happened here. I was shooting for my Primordial Soup (because it sounds much better than pond scum) collection and ended up with this. But it worked. Converting to B&W helped.

When I'm riding down the road with Anita, I still keep clicking away and this photo would normally have gone in the delete bin but there was something about it that I liked still. It was completely blown out and really just a pale shadow. But I decided to play with it and wasted a couple of hours doing so, but in the end... it was all fun! LOL Anita has the day off today so because we missed going out on Sunday we are heading out early this morning for a fun day! Who knows what sort of mischief we will find out there! ;)
