The third annual Mesh Body Addicts Fair is brought to you by meshbodyaddicts.com and will feature over 80 of SL’s best mesh body, mesh head, fitmesh, skin, bento and fashion designers.

To celebrate the third year of the Fair, there will once again be a photo contest! To take part, all you have to do is submit a photo of yourself (just you!) wearing at least 4 of the exclusive items available for sale at the Fair to the MBA Fair flickr group and title it ‘MBA Fair Photo Contest Entry (your username)’.

 

Prizes will be awarded to the best styled and most creative entries, including a cash prize of 5,000L for the winner, and a 2,500L prize for second place!

In bright winters morning sunshine London Bus Co AEC Merlin MBA539 stands in Whitehall.

London Transport AEC Merlin, MBA 536 VLW 536G crossing Westminster bridge working on Red Arrow route 513. This slide was picked up in a box at a jumble sale and was not in the best condition. The joys of modern scanners brings up this not too bad result .

Dirty Bachmann MBA Monster Boxes

My first try at a mech built from the parts of 1st years Master Builder Academy sets.

This AEC Swift (known to LT as the Merlin) was donated to the Feltham Community Association for use as a shop in 1981, where it stood for about ten years. This picture was taken in April 1983.

 

Amazingly, it got saved for restoration and is now at the Wythall Transport Museum.

MBA 'Monster' bogie box wagon No.500158 of EWS at Bristol Temple Meads, 1 July 2010. These were built by Thrall Europa, York in 1999 for coal, aggregate, scrap metal, stone and timber.

MBA 575 entering the roundabout at Waterloo on November 3rd 1980, as it works a Red Arrow journey on the 501 to London Bridge station. In the background is the splendid Anglican church of St John's; built in the Greek Revival style circa 1824.

London Transport AEC Merlin MBA 543, VLW 543G in Cheapside working on Red Arrow route 502. This slide was in a collection picked up at a jumble sale it was over exposed and very dirty after a bit of work with a decent scanner these are the results, well worth seeing I think
