That's not reluctance on his face, he's ill. Two days before the wedding, Roanna got very ill and then the next day Alex got it. They postponed the ceremony from the morning to the afternoon by which time Alex was feeling better. He still had no appetite but performed like a champ!

The Iao Needle in the Iao Valley. The valley is the burial grounds of the Hawaiian ali'i (royalty) and the Iao Needle is considered sacred ground. The Iao Valley and Needle are the leftover core of the once powerful volcano that created the West Maui mountains.
