The successful three-hour surgery was under the direction of veterinary oncology surgeons Dr. Brad Matz, center, and Dr. Daniel Linden; Dr. Katelyn Hlusko, a resident in small animal surgery; and numerous oncology, anesthesia faculty, technicians and fourth-year clinical students.

Brewers and owners from DC Brau (Washington, D.C.), Chocolate City Beer (Washington, D.C.), Lost Rhino (Ashburn Virginia), and Port City Brewing (Alexandria, Virginia), each brought one keg to Mad Fox Brewpub (Falls Church, Virginia) in a friendly competition to see whose keg would be 'killed' first, that is, which keg the patrons at Mad Fox would finish first.
All of the five breweries opened within the past year (Chocolate City, only that week). The winner would received the Dominion Cup, a large trophy fashioned from a keg, originally used for a similar competion when Old Dominion Brewing was still based in northern Virginia.
The Beers:
Chocolate City: Copper Ale;
DC Brau: The Citizen (Belgian-influenced Strong Blonde Ale);
Lost Rhino: New River Pale Ale;
Port City Brewing Monumental IPA;
Mad Fox Brewing: Orange Whip IPA.
And the winner was ... the host, Mad Fox, with its Orange Whip, an IPA brewed and fermented with Citra, a US hop with a strong orangey character. The other brewers vowed to win back the trophy on their own home turfs next year. There was, in fact a good-hearted tussle for the cup at the end of the evening.

Matze Knop als Franz Beckenbauer eröffnete die Event High School. Danach folgte eine Begrüßung der Organisatoren und Schirmherren.
Madelief heeft geloof ik wel drie eieren op, maar de matze ging er ook goed in.

Die Aufnahme wurde nördlich von Bitburg-Matzen mit einem Deltadrachen mit angehängter Kamera auf Höhe des 50° Breitengrades aufgenommen.
Die Flughöhe der Kamera betrug etwa 100 m.
