Gestern wurde unsere Küche in das TWT-Kochstudio umfunktioniert. Beim Team-Event Marketing & Sales zauberten wir zusammen mit Eventkoch Oliver Pudimat ein leckeres 3-Gänge-Menü. Ein Spitzen-Koch und eine Gruppe Koch-Lustige schlemmten nach unterhaltsamen Stunden folgendes Menü:
Selbstgemachte Nudeln mit Petersilien-Walnuss-Pesto und Garnelen
Roastbeef mit Kartoffelpüree (verfeinert mit Düsseldor
fer Senf & frischen Kräutern), Gemüse der Saison und Rotwein-Schalotten
Quarkmousse mit weißer Schoki, Rotwein-Zwetschgen mit Rosmarin und Pinienkern-Krokant
Dank Olivers Hilfe und Können, ist uns das Menü echt gut gelungen. :)
