The Vuvuzela, also known as lepatata Mambu, is a plastic horn which produces a loud monotone note like an elephant trumpeting. The South African instrument was originally used to summon distant villagers to community gatherings.
But now a cacophony of sound drowns out football stadiums around the world as fans urge on their teams.
I've rolled out my biggest and best Vuvuzela for our boys in Brazil tonight. Come on, En~ger~land ... :-))

Camp Nou (Catalan pronunciation: [kamˈnɔw], New Field, often referred to in English as The Nou Camp is a football stadium in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, which has been the home of Futbol Club Barcelona since 1957.
The Camp Nou seats 99,786, reduced to 96,336 in matches organized by UEFA, making it the largest stadium in Europe and the 11th largest in the world in terms of capacity. It has hosted numerous international matches at a senior level, including two UEFA Champions League finals and the football competition at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

El Camp Nou (en castellano, Campo Nuevo) pronunciado [kam ˈnɔw], a menudo también citado erróneamente como Nou Camp, es un recinto deportivo propiedad del Fútbol Club Barcelona, inaugurado el 24 de septiembre de 1957 y ubicado en el distrito de Les Corts de Barcelona, España.
Es el estadio con más capacidad de Europa y el sexto del mundo, con un aforo actual de 99.354 espectadores. La capacidad del estadio, ha variado debido a las diferentes ampliaciones y remodelaciones que se han hecho. Inicialmente, en 1957 su aforo era de 93.053 espectadores, cifra que llegó hasta los 120.000 espectadores en 1982, con la ampliación y construcción de la tercera gradería, con motivo del Mundial '82 celebrado en España. Posteriormente, en aplicación de la normativa que obligaba a eliminar las localidades sin asiento de 1998, el aforo se situó por debajo de los 100.000 espectadores.
El 12 de enero de 1998 fue catalogado como estadio categoría elite por la UEFA, siendo el segundo de España en conseguir dicha categoría.

El Camp Nou és l'estadi on juga el FC Barcelona, en el barri barceloní de les Corts. Té la màxima qualificació (5 estrelles) que la FIFA pot atorgar a un estadi per acollir partits de futbol. El Camp Nou és l'estadi amb més capacitat d'Europa, amb 99.354 espectadors.
Fou inaugurat el 24 de setembre del 1957 amb el nom oficial d'Estadi del FC Barcelona, però popularment va adoptar el nom de Camp Nou pel fet de substituir l'antic Camp de les Corts. En la temporada 2000-2001 es va oficialitzar el nom després d'una consulta popular per correu. Dels 29.102 socis que hi van participar, 19.861 (68.25%) van votar a favor del canvi.
L'alçada de l'estadi és de quaranta-vuit metres i ocupa una superfície total de cinquanta-cinc mil metres quadrats.

After touring the stadium, they took us to the Liverpool FC museum where we colud wander around the different rooms and look at all the trophies the team has won along its history. This was part of the Steven Gerrard Collection, showing some of the t-shirts he exchanged with other football legendary players.
I did not take the original photo. Unfortunately I've not had the pleasure of photographing Suarez. so I had to borrow the original photo. I would never normally use another person photo, but I had this in my mind for the last few weeks now and had to get it out of my system. YNWA

Seeing what this fool gets up to when playing football you have to wonder why they allowed him to be photographed with those fangs showing... for him to then go and do it AGAIN at the world cup.... just ridiculous.
This huge ad is at the entrance to the cross harbour here in Hong Kong..... time to take it down Adidas and remove him from you ad campaign.
Just reading he's already being removed from their adverts, and Adidas want a meeting with him.....
