"Love hurts, love scars
Love wounds and mars
Any heart
Not tough or strong enough
To take a lot of pain, take a lot of pain
Love is like a cloud
Holds a lot of rain
Love hurts
Ooh, ooh love hurts"

On Love
"The demand to be safe in relationship inevitably breeds sorrow and fear. This seeking for security is inviting insecurity. Have you ever found security in any of your relationships? Have you? Most of us want the security of loving and being loved, but is there love when each one of us is seeking his own security, his own particular path? We are not loved because we don’t know how to love.
Love is something that is new, fresh, alive. It has no yesterday and no tomorrow. It is beyond the turmoil of thought. It is only the innocent mind which knows what love is, and the innocent mind can live in the world which is not innocent. To find this extraordinary thing which man has sought endlessly through sacrifice, through worship, through relationship, through sex, through every form of pleasure and pain, is only possible when thought comes to understand itself and comes naturally to an end. Then love has no opposite, then love has no conflict."
For Macro Monday, Aug 14
Theme: high key
I'm deeply saddened by the events over the weekend and felt the need to speak of love in a visual art form, so I combined the MM theme with the message.

And I don't want the world to see me
'Cause I don't think that they'd understand
When everything's meant to be broken
I just want you to know who I am
And you can't fight the tears that ain't coming
Or the moment of truth in your lies
When everything feels like the movies
Yeah you bleed just to know you're alive
I couldn´t decide if I should use

♫ Kenny Rogers - You Decorated My Life ♫
All my life was a paper
Once plain, pure and white
Till you moved with your pen
Changing moods now and then
Till the balance was right
Then you added some music
Every note was in place
And anybody could see
All the changes in me
By the look on my face
And you decorated my life
Created a world where dreams are a part
And you decorated my life
By painting your love all over my heart
You decorated my life
if you love something, love it completely, cherish it,
say it, but most importantly, show it. life is finite
and fragile, and just because something is there one
day, it might not be the next. never take that for
granted.
say what you need to say, then say a little more.
say too much. show too much. love too much.
everything is temporary but love.
love outlives us all. ~ R. Queen
love and appreciate you all my beautiful friends.
wish you a week filled with peace, light and love flowing over.
hugs,
Nadia ♥
We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes, and the flashback starts
I'm standing there
On a balcony in summer air
See the lights, see the party, the ball gowns
See you make your way through the crowd
And say, "Hello"
Little did I know
That you were Romeo, you were throwing pebbles
And my daddy said, "Stay away from Juliet"
And I was crying on the staircase
Begging you, "Please don't go, " and I said
Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting, all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess
It's a love story baby just say "Yes"

Crazy Love
Michael Bublé
I can hear her heart beat for a thousand miles
And the heavens open every time she smiles
And when I come to her thats just where I belong
Yet I'm running to her like a rivers song
She gives me love, love, love, love, crazy love
She gives me love, love, love, love, crazy love
She's got a fine sense of humor when I'm feeling low down
And when I come to her when the sun goes down
She takes away my trouble, takes away my grief
Takes away all of my heartache, in the night like a thief
She gives me love, love, love, love, crazy love
She gives me love, love, love, love, crazy love
Crazy love
She gives me love, love, love, love, crazy love
Yes I need her in the daytime
Oh, but I need her in the night
Yes I want to throw my arms around her
Kiss and hug, kiss and hug her tight
And when I'm returning from so far away
She gives me some sweet lovin' brighten up my day
Yes it makes me righteous, it makes me feel whole
And it makes me mellow down to my soul
She gives me love, love, love, love, crazy love
She gives me love, love, love, love, crazy love
She gives me love
I need a love, love, love, love, crazy love
Crazy love, crazy love, crazy love..

We still have pockets of color in our area and we take drives and walks to embrace the last hurrah of autumn. I had a wonderful time raking Maple Leaves with our 2 year old grandson last week and then jumping in the pile. The giggles were heartwarming. It’s been a beautiful warm October for us.
