Just across from the Duomo di Milano, The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele is Italy's oldest active shopping mall and a major landmark of Milan, Italy.
Housed within a four-story double arcade in the center of town, the Galleria is named after Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of the Kingdom of Italy. It was designed in 1861 and built by architect Giuseppe Mengoni between 1865 and 1867.

"Like a giant kaleidoscope, Eliasson's work is composed of forty-three prism-shaped columns of varying widths, which are placed along the walkway in the Grotto around the pool. The columns are illuminated from the inside. Two of the sides are covered with mirrors and the third is covered in a yellow blown-glass mosaic. Visitors are invited to walk amongst them, activating an endless interplay of reflections."

"Inside the horizon" - Installation d'Olafur Eliasson
An exhibition celebrating the 200th birthday of Louis Vuitton. 200 Trunks 200 Visionaires is a display of trunks created by 200 visionaries from the fields of art, fashion, architecture and more.
Louis Vuitton is donating 10,000 euros in the name of each participant to a selection of 15 non-profit organizations around the world. The organizations encourage discovery of the arts and creativity for young people especially those from disadvantaged communities.
The exhibit is free.

The building of the Louis Vuitton Foundation, started in 2006, is an art museum and cultural center sponsored by the group LVMH .
It was opened in October 2014. The building was designed by the architect Frank Gehry, and is adjacent to the Jardin d'Acclimatation in the Bois de Boulogne of the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
This picture has been taken along the walkway, "Inside the Horizon", created by Olafur Eliasson and made up of 43 prism-shaped yellow columns that are illuminated from the inside. It was the perfect place to play with reflection and it is part of a series of 6.
