Brew by Numbers was founded by Dave Seymour and Tom Hutchings. The brewery takes its name from its use of a unique four-digit numbering system on its beers.

The first two numbers denote the style of beer of which there are thirteen at the moment., e.g. Saison, Porter etc. The second two numbers denote the recipe variations within that style; these are based on the ingredients used.

The brewery tap room is open every Saturday. Beers are available in bottles and via key-keg.
