Had these done for about a week but had to wait for that darn wheelchair. There's about a month away until the movie so there's still a chance I'll make some more figures ;) also I know logans hair isn't accurate. My spikey hair looked weird on him. Please comment if u like :)
Logan sits for hours watching as I post photos of Flora & Fauna. So today, I thought it was time for a portrait of her.

After working Imerys Talc in Sappington, the MRL Logan Local flies past the long closed elevator in WIllow Creek and is heading back to Logan. The train will also pull cars in Three Rivers at Magris Talc and spot at CHS in Logan before returning to the yard.
CSX mine run R251 eases through Logan, WV with loads from Emmett and will soon enter the yard at Peach Creek.
Some fellow hikers on the Hidden Lake trail. Looking SE at the Logan Pass Visitor Center and a section of the Going to the Sun Road. Best get here early as parking is limited.
Two awesome trails take off from here. This trail to Bearhat Mountain and Hidden Lake and the Highline Trail which runs along the Continental Divide and the Garden Wall. These folks are looking in that direction. Good chance their looking at mountain goats which are common here.
"Logan Pass (elevation 6,646 ft (2,026 m)) is located along the Continental Divide in Glacier National Park, in the U.S. state of Montana. It is the highest point on the Going-to-the-Sun Road. The pass is named after Major William R. Logan, the first superintendent of the park." wiki
Have a terrific Tuesday!

Logan Rock viewed from Porthcurno beach. My dad, a St Ives boy, knew all the fishing points around the west of Cornwall. Logan Rock has a few that were named, which he taught me to climb, wriggle, jump or tunnel to get to. There was "flat rock" where you jumped or slid down about 6 feet, then pushed your fishing gear ahead of you as you wriggled through a body wide tunnel caused by fallen rocks. When you exited you were on a lovely flat rock almost at sea level. It's actually of the far right of the rock near to the small outcrop in the sea. Another was called "castle lee" I think, a natural rock vertical chute of about about 20 feet. You had to flatten yourself in the chute and wedge your shoulders against the sides and slowly descend.
Years later when my dad didn't want to go fishing anymore at Logan rock, I couldn't understand why he was so reluctant. Having got to a similar age, I can see exactly why, I get dizzy just climbing out of bed........
I'm always grateful for your visits and would like to thank you now for stopping by, and any comments you may leave. Much appreciated, John...

Montana Rail Link's 265, 131 and 127 reverse back into Logan with some petroleum wagons from CHS Logan Petroleum Terminal.
During our visit, these three engines were together for all the Logan local work, spanning from Logan, down the 6th subdivision to Alder (open as far as Twin Bridges) and branching at Sappington to Harrison, where they typically run on a Tuesday.

This outfit was based off one of the bts pictures. I mainly made this outfit because I saw every one else making the brown suit. the face was a Gandalf head with white stubble painted on. I painted the bottom of the feet because since he is a wheel chair the paint wont scratch off and it looks better. Tell me what you think.
taken at Logans rock, cornwall, march 2011. Used HDR for effects and added a frame from photoshop (just taught myself how to frame pictures.)
A southbound Union Pacific coal load crosses over Wyoming’s Logan Hill with trailing DPU unit KLWX No. 9530 bringing up the tail on June 28, 2024. This basic black 4,400 hp Knoxville Locomotive Works product is apparently testing on UP coal trains in Powder River Basin to see if a Tier 4-compliant remanufactured locomotive is possible equipped with a Cummins prime mover. The unit started out life as Burlington Northern EMD SD70MAC No. 9530.

Located on the south-western tip of Scotland, Logan enjoys an almost subtropical climate. The Garden's avenues and borders feature a spectacular and colourful array of half-hardy perennials. The Garden is warmed by the Gulf Stream which enables plants from Australia, New Zealand, South and Central America and Southern Africa to thrive.
The MRL Logan-Based 844 local works the Logan yard on a winter day as snow falls on the mountains in the distance.
We are somewhere in the milepost 70-ish range on the south end of the Logan Sub. At one time it used to connect into the N&W down at Gilbert. It stops a bit shy of that extension, instead making a left turn and heads for Elk Creek. That’s the last pile of black diamonds down here at the end of the Logan Sub. A relatively clean 7400 hugs the road and embraces the shadows on an early Fall morning. R211 is your train symbol.
This is the beautiful Logan temple surrounded by colorful flowers on a summer day. We made a quick stop to the temple grounds on our way back to Bear Lake and the light was great for a picture.

Port Logan Bay
Another image from the weekend trip to Port Logan at the weekend. There are some really great rock formations to be had around the coastline of Galloway and this is an example I really like which looks around the bay towards Cairnywellan Head next to Port Logan.

Looks like the 4305 has picked up a bit of road grime from the MRL's tunnels as it leads the ML road freight into Logan.
