loft in the foothills colorway i picked up while hanging out with the knitgirllls and wendykints in fibrespace in dc.
Disassembling this loft in Early Childcare's Learning Partners was a major challenge, but a prerequisite to moving it out the door for storage. Fortunately, a last minute decision to surplus it saved a lot of time and energy! :) Day 3 of moving programs and offices out of buildings 2, 3, and 4 and into portables is over! Lots of open space to let the light and air circulate, and not to interrupt/choke the volume of the original loft. That is "oatmeal and smoke" colored FLOR carpet tile laid on the diagonal. Notice the suspension cord to the dining room light behind the couch leading down to the dining area.

My new neighborhood. Moving next month. It's a sweet loft apartment, originally intended to be a Condo before the housing collapse. Now it rents for the same price as a shitty student apartment in Hyde Park(Chicago) or some soulless 70s Apartment complex in LA.
