Day 36 at Occupy Dame Street. Fiddle players playing fiddle very kindly donated and sent over by Occupy Pittsburgh. This performance was livestreamed online with Occupy Pittsburgh livestreaming their own fiddleplayers for a 'fiddle off'. They were joined by some other traditional musicians.
Occupy Dame Street is a protest occupation in front of the Central Bank of Ireland in Dublin city centre. Calling for a change in the economic, political and social situation in Ireland and for direct participatory democracy. Expressing dissent against the bailouts, management of the "financial crisis" and current economic policy. The protest is unaffiliated to any political party or organisation and offers multiple alternatives. In concert with over 1000 other actions taking place around the world.

Rækkevidden som kan være en udfordring, jeg (Søren W. Christensen - bidrager til Social in 3D projektet) er lidt igang med at teste om man kan tilgode komme problemet ved at anvende bedre antenner. Jeg opnåede i dag at sende live stream over en distance på 1000m, men på denne afstand hakkede signalet ud, Ved omkring 500m var der fint signal. Havde ikke 100% line of sight. Både transmitter og receiver var i omkring 1 meters højde. Jeg ved at transmitter maksimum vil kunne komme så højt op som masten er høj på bådene, hvilket er omkring 7 meters højde, så på bådene er det begrænset hvad der kan stilles op, andet end at skifte til en god antenne. Men på land er der noget mere fleksibelt for hvad der kan gøres, f.eks. en antenne forstærker, bedre antenner og ikke mindst højden som receiveren står i.

Portal is an interactive digital and analogue gaming environment, guided and triggered by a choreographed performance by Athena Mazarakis and Craig Morris in collaboration with engineering firm Bushveld Labs. The performance connected Johannesburg to Glasgow through a sensory application and audience participatory interaction via a livestreaming process. Through the development and deployment of energy efficiency measures, Europe can reduce consumption and dependence on energy imports, as well as drive competitiveness and growth, creating local jobs and business opportunities within Europe whilst guaranteeing our Energy security.
Vice President Maroš Šefčovič for Energy Union will give a keynote speech on what role energy efficiency will play in the future energy security as well as the Energy Union.

Hundreds of Vietnamese youth across the country joined the online UN75 Youth Forum to discuss the future they want, a key theme of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event, which was livestreamed for the first time in Viet Nam, allowed young people to share their views on development issues of their choice, namely climate change and environment as well as equality, to create the future they want. The topics of discussion were selected by youth themselves through the UN75 Youth Forum online survey conducted earlier. More than 800 Vietnamese young people participated in the survey.
The Forum also featured the “Power of Music,” in which the renowned Composer Quoc Trung, the founder of the Hanoi Monsoon Music Festival, and Hoang Thai Vu named as “the Prince of Vietnamese Indie Music” by the Billboard International, shared their thoughts on how music can unite and connect people worldwide.

Last Friday numerous fans got a amazing opportunity to experience their stars up close – We’re talking about the renowned musician Alesha Dixon and YouTube star Daz Black who were the first guests on the first set of episodes of the AOL BUILD UK interview series. The show was based at the AOL headquarters in London.
Our Team was there to produce the event as part of our Facebook Live Streaming Service, as well as the AOL BUILD website! On AOL BUILD well-known personalities share their own personal story behind their life and introduce new projects. This is a great example of how live streaming allows an audience get the opportunity to ask their idols personal questions in a Q&A session.
