I was flying KLM from Amsterdam to NY on a brand-new Boeing 777. They had a fancy in-flight entertainment system with a library of movies, tv shows, games, etc. At one point I tried to play a trivia game and it locked up. After a minute or so it rebooted... and hey it's Linux! I watched it remote boot, load all the drivers for the air phone, etc. In-flight Linux! Woot!
