instagram.com/massa.nutriclub: عزيزتي عمل ماء الورد في البيت جداً سهل بس أهم شي هو الورد نفسه. لازم تكون ورود نظيفة (خالية من المواد الكيميائية والمبيدات الحشرية) مو كل الأنواع جيدة. إن توفرت هذه الورود عندك فأنت فقط بحاجة إلى أوراق الورود، ضعيها في وعاء للطبخ، زيدي ماء نقية لتغمر الورود فقط (الكثير من الماء يؤدي إلى تميّع ماء الورد). قومي بتغطية الوعاء وتسخين الماء والورد حتى تبدأ الماء بالتبخر (من دون الغليان) لمدة ١٥دقيقة أو حتى يختفي لون الأوراق. صفي الماء وإحفظيها في البراد 👍👍 @ljh____
