LightEffect photos on Flickr

I liked this photo very much. All of the textures and strong angle of light were very nice. I used the lasso tool with a feather of 4 pixels (at full size) to select the subject. I copied this and pasted to a new layer. I duplicated the background three times and blurred at different intervals.

I then used the polygonal lasoo tool with a feather of 22 pixels to delete portions of the blurring in a stepping fashion. I added a spotlight to the background as well as the subject.

One of my absolute Favorite Flickr Friends. She was the one I told exactly how to use the tutorials, etc. And who they written and coordinated for. I told one other Flickr Friend as well, longer friendship, and I found her the day she joined. Very talented she is.

Details

Sleeping Beauty Castle - completed in 1992, for the park's 12 April opening, Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant stands 50 meters (160 ft) tall. The Castle is home to a dragon, which, at 27 meters (89 ft) from head to tail, was the largest Animatronic figure yet built when the park opened in April 1992. The walkthrough attraction consists of a dimly lit cavern with the large dragon sleeping silently. Occasionally it will 'wake up', puffing smoke and growling. The building also contains La Galerie de la Belle au Bois Dormant, a gallery of displays which illustrate the story of Sleeping Beauty in tapestries, stained glass windows and figures. La Boutique du Château, a shop selling Christmas ornaments year-round, and Merlin l'Enchanteur, a shop specialising in handmade glass figures, are located on ground floor.

This image was taken at one of my local skateparks when me and my friends were messing about. I never took the shot, i was using a friends iphone to create the lighting effect, however i did set up the camera and framed the light in the correct place so i feel like it is my photograph.

Im struggling to name this photograph, it's difficult to describe what you see. Any suggestions please....

2017 Total Solar Eclipse in Oregon, USA...searching for a site to set up our equipment...Madras was a nightmare with close to 100,000 people and cars jamming the Motel and all available fields, so had to look elsewhere...eventually we found the perfect spot near the Painted Hills Unit of the John Day Fossil Beds Nat'l Monument...and settled in for the night...
