Birds in flight are among the most difficult photographic subjects. Many photographers struggle to obtain sharp, well-exposed shots of flying birds in an aesthetically pleasing pose. This shot captured at dusk with its wing spread across against the setting sun's golden yellow light is a photographer's delight.

To take this photo I obstructed a very bright light and directed the light across the bottom of a sink in a dark room. The sink is bowl-shaped, causing the curving effect. For the most part, the original photo colors are a little bland, so I enhanced them in Lightroom creating a more pronounced effect. It's a fun effect; maybe there's something I can do with it.
I clicked this one at Nagao Beach, Alibag, Maharashtra, India.
I shot this series at the Nagao beach in Alibag, had never been to any beach in rainy season, so this was really a treat for me...
