A great thanks to all the real friends i made in second life and who support me in difficult moments...i'm glad to be here and i love you all :D
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off of you
You'd be like heaven to touch.
I wanna hold you so much.
At long last love has arrived.
And I thank God I'm alive.
You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off of you...

Poursuivi par un cul-terreux;
Tout l'mond' viendra me voir pendu,
Sauf les aveugles, bien entendu.
....
Moi vouloir être chat
Quand dehors il fait froid
Attendre mon repas
Tapi au creux de tes draps
Si un jour tu préfères
A mes félines caresses
Les canines d'un chien en laisse
Tu ne comptes pas sur moi
Pour dormir sur le sofa
Je te montrerai de quoi
Est capable un gros chat
A ce jeu là je suis roi
Et la souris ce sera toi
Et la souris ce sera toi
Et la souris ce sera...
Item 12: A Room with a View
Taken last winter from a roof of a good friend. This friend is a musician and you can imagine his source of inspiration where he wakes up almost every day to view this mountains, valley and vineyard scene.
Unfortunately the morning haze and the overcast in the valley before the mountain did not permit me to take a clear shot, but you can still get the impression of the wonderful view.
Technical note: almost natural shot, slight saturation corrections as of the overcast.

Bisous, bisous, gentils bisounours
Bisou, bisou, gentil bisounours
Un p'tit bisou y a rien de plus fou
Bisou, bisou gentil bisounours

Nos Bergers is a binary structure made of two columns topped with two bright blue sheep who are placed face to face, on which stand two characters of the same blue, joined at their long nose. The Pinocchio reference, although obvious, is immediately countered by the strong symbolic animal presence. The well-dressed shepherds are seemingly herding their obedient sheep to falsehood. Their common nose is somewhat stiff, appearing as a stick (the shepherd’s crook?), much too straight to be natural. Ii is a context where empathy and a feeling of protection should prevail, but they are replaced by a desire for power and the use of lies. The question that follows is: who are these sheep? No need to answer here…
The dual relation between the identical blank faced protagonists, in extension to the mirror effect of the whole piece, is also up for consideration. What is the relationship between empathy and yearning for another’s possessions? What to make of identity, or the loss of, during a strong empathetic experience? Should we erase a part of our individuality to better project ourselves in the Other? The chromatic playfulness and the simple duplication strategy put in place by the artist hold an array of questions close to philosophical, or even ontological, inquiry. Once more, the audience is invited to delve deeper. Source: patrickberube.com/?portfolio=nos-bergers-2
