"'Go on' I whisper as I unfold my hands towards the open sky. A single fuck escapes from my fingers, soaring gracefully into the cool air. "You're free now." I say. My last fuck has gone."

HBW!

The Lyrics of this song fit my life right now. I don't feel like explaining it all to you right now. It gets to be a little to personal for internet viewers. But let's just say I think of this song and thinkn of myself saying the lyrics to someone else in my life.

I'm not sure if I portrayed my vulnerability enough in these pictures, but I tried,

All the recent talk of data breaches, the Facebook/Cambridge Analytica scandel and GDPR legislation have lead to lots of thoughts about how much data we have out there and who has access to it. So I thought I'd create a photographic representation of this.

Giving over your data, releasing it to the cloud, loosing your grip on it.

Another chapter from The Bird’s Story.

Barefoot, wind in her hair — she lets her high heels fall, one step closer to who she really is.

Freedom is never graceful at first — it starts with a quiet rebellion and bare feet.

Ещё одна глава The Bird’s Story.

Босиком, с ветром в волосах — она отпускает свои каблуки, на шаг ближе к тому, кто она есть на самом деле.

Свобода никогда не бывает изящной с первого шага — она начинается с тихого бунта и босых ног.

Well, with that title.... :P

So. Story time. This car is really old. Like...a 1963 or something. And we're kinda working on it/letting it rot in our yard. The insides are all torn up. What Colette didn't realize? There are no handles on the inside of this vehicle. So. I hit the self timer, ran in, shut the door, *click*, goes to open door again, SHIT. Luckily I had my phone in my pocket. I ALMOST left it in the house. So I had to call three of my friends before one finally answered and she had to come rescue me.

So that's the thrilling story behind this photo.

-.-

It took me almost two hours to get this shot. Using self timer to freeze movement can be such a tricky thing.

A follow on from the last image really.

A Must View On Black

There are many beautiful things in the outside world other than our desks, computers, gadgets and closed air-conditioned rooms with no natural air. Give your stress wings to fly away. Go and seek nature. Its really beautiful.

He rolled over and drew nearer her pillow

and briefly thought he caught the subtle scent

of her perfume on that empty pillow.

Desperately trying to catch it again

he breathed in deep several times

....but it was gone.

I found myself in Stockholm and indulged in the distance away from present. The magic of travelling is that it places our minds in an invisible dimension that shapes our thoughts, we see things from a distance, we see. Perhaps. Sometimes we return with a smile on our face, some others, we return to start over. And if we really want to, we never return, we are not the same. I crossed the bridge and realised the freedom I have been afraid of has in fact given me what I need the most. A new perspective, and I love this. Next stop, Napoli.

for me to you, love N.

P.S. What made me take this short video is the meeting, the crossing each other, the two trains, passing by one another, pausing for a second or two and then moving on to their destination.
