i was always accused of being a dreamer...to freaking bad ...i love my dreams....only thing missing is the westie these suitcases should be in.... :)

I am reading Matthew's letter that he wrote three years ago to his sister before taking his life and every cell in my body wants to talk to him. It's not about convincing him to stay but it's to get to know him. He was 23 years old. He was awaken and he didn't know what to do about it.

I understand him and I know he would understand me. I know that we would have herbal tea together and listen to our favourite band. When the dark side would hit us we would just lay down together and I'd place his head on my chest and hug him tight. Maybe we would sob a bit together and breathe together like one being. I would share all my Kundalini meditations with him and we'll do a yoga practice then. It would be that type of yoga practice when your tears drop down your cheeks and your mat is all wet at the end but you feel kind of relief.

I'm reading his letter and I know that he saved his sister doing what he did. She was the same as him. It was like a sad childhood competition who would go first. She tried it but failed to go. So he went and she knew she would have to stay and seek and search for tools, for the way to deal with the mind. And she found it. I found it too. I found it thanks to someone who has the same name and who is no longer around me. That's why I am grateful today to the journey I have now. That I am still alive and found a way to deal with my mind. It's been three years since Matthew is no longer on this planet. I re-read his last letter, such beautiful writing. I feel connected to the person who wrote it. I will lay down and imagine his beautiful energy surrounding me like a big warm soft cloud #iCreateLife_LetGo

Expired Black & White Film

Just some shit I've been fucking with recently.

Sometimes you just have to kick your feet up in the air and call it a day!!

whether you are someone adept at going "out on a limb" or "the last to leave the stage" - enjoy those precious moments of spaciousness and sunshine. we each have the capacity and wisdom of knowing when to hang on or when to let go.

i got the boots from a lot on ebay then in summer 2016, i bought a lot from someone on letgo & i got jade with her top.

Nijmegen Centrum.

🇬🇧 Downtown Nijmegen. Letting go of control. I was working on a window that said “Take that step” when one of two friends walking by asked, “Shall I take a photo of you and your dog?”

Her friend added with a smile: “She’s a photographer!”

And just like that, I found myself — instead of behind it — in front of my own camera, with Thiemo. 🌿

When I can't, God can! It's a piece of encouragement that requires two actions on my part. The first action is to let go and let God. The second action is to demonstrate the first by writing whatever is troubling me on a piece of paper and putting it inside the can. In this case, there's a small opening to put things in, but the lid is glued on to make it harder to take things out.

I made this can years ago from an old Coffee Mate can. I had fun with the decorations since I had found all these sheets with sparkly stuff on them. The cross is made from peel and stick felt.

I think this is a great project for anyone, and capturing it for our Project 52 near the beginning of the year seemed like a good idea. If anyone wants more instructions for making his or her own "God Can," just let me know.

Fooling around with the Instagram app on my Android phone. I'm in the final weeks of my job, squeezed out as a result of an acquisition by a much larger company and am now training others to do my work. They assume they can accomplish the job much cheaper at their HQ site. So far I've trained approximately 12 different people on different aspects of my position, with more to go....

I have this sign in my day planner: "This is Your Life. Do What you Love and do it often. If you don't like something change it. If you don't like your job, quit." So that's what I'm doing ! just 16 days to go.... Then I will take some time off to define what my encore role will be.

I've featured this phrase in some of my art work before

I'm thinking of starting a series.

The day steps back,

but does not vanish.

The trees hold its outline,

not to keep it –

but to honour it.

Some goodbyes

don’t need words.

Old Photo

This was taken way back when I first got my Nikon D40 (Phil as I call him) and my friends called on me. We went for some spontaneous photography and this was one of the results. I'm quite happy with it, though I know it's definitely not one of my best images.

But hey, I'd had Phil for less than a week!

ta faltando só os dvds, que são meus outros xodózinhos *-*

The men and women of the Continental Army were ordinary men and women like many of us, but these everyday men and women were thrust into extraordinary circumstances. Valley Forge National Historical Park commemorates more than the collective sacrifices and dedication of the Revolutionary War generation, it pays homage to the ability of everyday Americans to pull together and overcome adversity during extraordinary times.Of all the places associated with the American War for Independence, perhaps none has come to symbolize perseverance and sacrifice more than Valley Forge. The hardships of the encampment claimed the lives of one in ten, nearly all from disease. Despite the privations suffered by the army at Valley Forge, Washington and his generals built a unified professional military organization that ultimately enabled the Continental Army to triumph over the British.

Took my bike out to the park today to get some shots, Im happy with the one for today :)

There were so many people doing fire works and having parties, gosh people! Its only the 3rd!!

Todays sticky note means more than probably anything else on my list. I have a hard time letting go of anything, so in turn can't move on in life. I decided to use it today because of a certain boy telling me to stand up for myself, if only he understood what all was holding me down. But one step at a time, one day at a time.

10 days til Im back in Texas!
