I did this one in a slightly unrealistic way; historically, soldiers acting as "Tunnel Rats" would use hand guns (usually a .45 caliber pistol) due to the cramped environments they had to move through. However, I wanted to include a fully-loaded SBR-M4 with this build, so I changed things up a bit.
TIE Baron aka the First Order TIE Interceptor, piloted by Major Elrik Vonreg, seen in Star Wars Resistance. Not the coolest ship from the show, but one of only 3 released by LEGO.
So this was a version of Peter Parker before he became Spider-Man, before this he was Mace, but then he changed some stuff and, I don't know, I found very little information about this version, I just thought it looked cool. I love how his overall design looks in the end.
Building something using only pieces from the Pick-a-Brick wall at your local LEGO Store can be fun, but building something that looks good is quite difficult. The limited palette of basic bricks, plates, very few SNOT pieces, and almost no slopes or wedges made this a challenge.
I'm just happy the Pick-a-Brick wall always has a few really useful pieces for advanced building, such as plates with clips which made the tail, fins, and mouth able to move.

Today I bring my upgraded version of The laziest character on TV, Homer Simpson!
The reason why I decided to make him was because while I was working Drax, I spotted him on my shelf and I said "Why not upgrade him? ". And that's what I did! This was done very quickly and it's a quite simple figure but I really like the result! As you can see, I only had the black shoes ( they are kinda messy but oh well! ) and a line that he has on the bottom of his pants. This line was really hard to make but I'm very proud with what I achieved! I guess you can consider that this was also a way to upgrade my skill when it comes to make lines. I took this picture and I recorded the showcase on a lightbox that I made this morning and I think it turned out great! So I hope you enjoyed this figure and I'll see you guys later!

1291 A.D. Escape from Acre
The siege of Acre (also called the fall of Acre) took place in 1291 and resulted in the Crusaders losing control of Acre to the Mamluks. It is considered one of the most important battles of the period. Although the crusading movement continued for several more centuries, the capture of the city marked the end of further crusades to the Levant. When Acre fell, the Crusaders lost their last major stronghold of the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem
Acre was a stronghold of the overseas crusader state, with the taking of power by the Mamluks the crusaders withdrew, the last remaining to defend the city were the Templars. Some of these took the treasure of the Temple and brought it to safety through the tunnels dug over the years ... here history and legend mix with each other, it is difficult to understand where the story arrives and the legend starts. Obviously the treasure of the Temple of Jerusalem has never been found and it is not even known what it contained.
I wanted to recreate the escape of the Templars in the underground of Acre, intent on saving the treasure of the Temple and the Christian relics, especially the Holy Grail.

The Vest and leg straps are from the wonderful Kainoan, and the chest computer/life support thing is also from Kam, but it's a chop up from some other decals to make this. I may still play around with that part of it.

Hey Guys!
Today I bring you my first "non-purist" figure, Star-Lord from the movie Guardians of the Galaxy on his Xandar outfit ( the scene where he meets Rocket, Groot and Gamora). The only thing that I did on this figure were his legs ( Btw the legs from the WIP picture aren't the same, those didn't went to well so I restarted it ). I had to them a pair of boots and his boosters, some silver detail and his belt alongside with his belt buckle. I also switched the hands from black to flesh. The rest of the parts are the same as the ones who come on The Starblaster Showdown set, Lego 76019. As you can see, I did nothing to the guns because my paint didn't sticked to the material but I plan to do so on the future.
