- You can also look at the quality of their work. This can be measured by looking at things like awards won or positive reviews from experts in the field.

This is our fourth year hosting our Resident Leadership Program at NHS. Our second class class was hosted by Lee Cruz, the Community Outreach Director for the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. Lee has also played an integral role in the development and continued beautification and stabilization of his neighborhood, while supporting various other projects throughout the New Haven community.
