In the Baltics there is a room where they meet, and within the walls of this room you will find much depth.
Living room in an abandoned house which was a day care in its last incarnation. Judging by the amount of decay inside, it's probably for the best that they closed up shop.
On April 20, 2019, I visited Mulberry, Florida in Bone Valley, which is part of the Phosphate Mining Region of Central Florida (aka: Polk, Hillsborough, Manatee and Hardee Counties) are/were all rich in Phosphate Ore.
First, I visited the Phosphate Museum, located at the Corner of State Road 37 (aka: S. Church Ave.) and SE 1st Street, one block South of State Road 60 (Canal Street). The Mailing Address is:

This Particular Photograph shows some sort of re-creation of a distant Relative of the Elephant Family, displayed inside the Phosphate Museum's Fossil Room.
There is also a Skull from an African Elephant laying on the ground (aka: Floor) in the Bottom Left Corner of my Photograph !

By 12:45 the din has faded and the bodies have moved on, back to their classrooms. The recently crowded tables are folded neatly against the wall. Crypt-like the slightest sound echoes and is mutated, becoming a ghastly version of itself. The lunch ladies are out of sight now, having already picked up any uneaten food to store away for next weeks tacos. The lone inhabitant now being the janitor with his big broom, sweeping the floors for tomorrows mess. With lunch over the room waits, empty and purposeless. A thing is only what it is so long as it is used for what it was made.

I just returned from an amazing weekend at the Vancouver Island Mountain Center with a pretty rad group of people. I was photographing OmTown Yoga's Snowshoe and Yoga Retreat. TONS of fresh snow, beautiful sunny days, lots of new friends and some of the tastiest fresh food I think I've ever eaten.
This is a preliminary fave from the trip - the warmup to one of the afternoon sessions in the great room overlooking the Raven Lodge, Strathcona Park and Albert Edward. Tons more to come!

Around one third of the Pakistani youth is educated in Madrasas. For poor families it's a possibility to a free education. But also richer families often send their children for a year to a Koran school to learn about Islam. Madrasas are accused of recruiting and training members for Al Qaida or the Taliban. Most madrasas are just educational institutes that distance themselves from extremism. For girls a madrasa can even mean a way to emancipation, because an education can help them to find a job and financial independence.

At this point, a large room is seen where the route is divided into two divergent corridors that end in two openings cut out in the rock of the cliff. These two large natural windows located 30 meters high and created by the exit of the lava flow towards the sea, are those that give the nickname to the cave.
The large window on the right has dimensions of two by two meters and its capricious silhouette frames a fantastic view of the nearby islets, called motu Tautara and motu Ko Hepoko.
Unmissable.
