Photography assignment using "Tableau" technique: highly staged/theatrical images.
Final prints were about 36'' wide and 28"" tall, scanned from color film negatives.

Photograph is an HDR (High Dynamic Range) image with foreground and background exposed in four separate photographs (2 stop difference in each exposure) to composite into one. No filters were used, and high dynamic range was used to capture what the eye "thought" it was seeing.

We have outgrown our current office and production space, so PacBlue is on the move during the month of May!
On May 17th we are very excited to be moving our Large and Grand Format divisions as well as our Administration office to our new state of the art facility at 1475 East Georgia Street, Vancouver BC V5L 2A9. Our modern, spacious and fully renovated new home is just 10 minutes from downtown.
On May 24th our Small Format Colour/Black & White Copy Centre and Reprographics Division will be moving to 325 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver BC V5H 1H3, behind our old location.
So if you’re passing by and feel like a cup of coffee and a chat, please come in, the kettle is always on (well, not actually always on, as that would be a huge waste of energy – but you get what we mean, right?)
