I tried some silly idea back in May 2009 while outing with the kids in Labrador Park, Singapore. And thank God, today I've just found out there's a name for it. Kinetic Photography.

Now I don't feel so weird anymore, doing movements while taking pictures. :)

Labrador Nature Reserve (Chinese: 拉柏多自然保护区), also locally known as Labrador Park (拉柏多公园), is located in the southern part of the main island of Singapore. It is an oasis of tranqulity and natural wonder. It contains the only rocky sea-cliff on the mainland that is accessible to the public. Since 2002, 10 hectares of coastal secondary vegetation and its rocky shore have been gazetted as a Nature Reserve.

Not having checked the tides, I was most fortunate to arrive a hour before sunset to find the tide at its lowest and slowly rising. The exposed boulders, in parts, were heavily covered with several varieties of seaweed and the long exposure using a ND filter made for a satisfying shoot amongst the slippery rocks!

Crosby the back labrador

Lucy the Labrador (owned by someone around the harbour area at the time). She was sat in front of the ice cream van before we arrived,so as to queue up! She then followed us and begged for ice cream! Following this she then returned to the van to wait for the next customer!!

We just adopted these two sisters over the week end. They are 9 week old Brindle Labradors. No such thing you say, well I thought the same thing. But I had my sister look them up and there is such, there's also is a black & tan.
