We were assigned to redesign the most common shipping labels: stacking limit, do not stack, keep out of sunlight, keep dry, this end up, do not tilt, do not freeze, keep frozen, fragile, handle with care, flammable, and perishable. One goal of this project was to create a design style that would connect this group of symbols as a set. Another goal was to utilize our design to effectively and efficiently display the message of each sign.
