The new Gustafson Farm logo and label design were used to create a Gustafson Farm Chocolate Milk exhibit at the Florida Gator FanFest. The exhibit showcased a branded tent, truck and coolers, endorsing Gustafson Farm as the official chocolate milk of Florida Gator Athletics.

2up cd label design. I did this in Illustrator partly for fun and partly as part of a project. I hadn't done a cd label in a while, and I'd never done one entirely in Illustrator before, so I figured I'd brush up. Next on the agenda is the jewel case inserts and cd booklets.

Fresno State Enology 163 fermentation class taught by faculty member William Whalen proudly showcased their student-designed year-end products at a showcase outside in our Fresno State Winery. Each group made wines, beers, ciders & meads that they created over the semester (& paired with appetizers) that faculty & industry professionals tasted & gave feedback. The students also discussed their processing experience; where they sourced their grapes & special ingredients from; and their product branding and label design, designed by Graphic Design students enrolled in GD176 Packaging Design, taught by Assistant Professor Virginia Patterson. The course collaboration between Enology and Graphic Design students was a new component to this yearly showcase. Modeling a professional client-designer relationship, enology students provided some direction to the graphic design students, such as overall brand tone, target audience, and creative brand and product titles, and the graphic design students brought these ideas to life visually, creating professional, industry-standard labels for the Enology students to apply to their products. This collaboration allowed both groups of students to apply their respective creative expertise and experience a professional client-designer relationship within their Fresno State experience.
