Every end of the year, I'll upload my favorite car wich is released in that year that I have photographed. My favorite new car from 2013 is the Jaguar F-Type Coupé R.
I was first thinking about the F-Type Convertible, because it was very unlikely to spot the F-Type Coupé already, but then I won tickets to the Masters of LXRY, where this car had it's European debut.

Some lucky racegoers elevated their Cheltenham Festival experience by arriving at the racecourse heliport aboard Castle Air’s appropriately registered Agusta-Westland AW139 G-LXRY, call sign Jockey 31, on 14th March 2024.
2013 was a good year for me, I made a lot of progress in car photography. I was a photographer of an exclusive car tour named JCI Challenge, I saw the Modball Rally Europe spectacle live at a hotel near Schiphol Amsterdam. During the summer I had a spotting day in Knokke- Heist ( Belgium), a McLaren MP4- 12C at a superb nature location in Luxembourg. In the Netherlands I was together with Stefan and Sven at Italia a Zandvoort and also together with an Opel Speedster owner I was present at the Lotus on Track at Zandvoort-Circuit. With Teun I had a nice spotting day in Amsterdam-South and we went to the Masters of LXRY fair as well. My most special photo-moment from 2013 came from London. I travelled to London with school and during the leisure time me and 2 friends of mine decided to search for some exclusive cars. I was well prepared so our journey brought us at the Cadogan Palace car park where we saw a Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 next to a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, an incredible combo!

Before the New Year upload of tomorrow, now I place quickly a picture of the last event in 2013 I have visited. Two weeks ago I was with (Santapanter Photography) and two other friends to the Masters of LXRY fair in the Amsterdam RAI. First we did a spotting round in Amsterdam – South before we took to the show floor. At the fair there weren’t only a few luxury cars but also many luxury yachts, gadgets and even two private helicopters. At the stand of the in my opinion the most beautiful classic car sales business in the Netherlands (The Gallery Brummen ) , were the following beautiful and rare cars presented, Maserati Ghibli, Ferrari 512 BBI, Aston Martin DB5 RHD Lamborghini 400 GT 2 +2, Ferrari 250 GTE 2 +2, Facel Vega Facel 2, Lancia Flaminia Super Sport Zagato and this beautiful in Giallo Modena colored Ferrari 246 GT Dino. All together with a value of more than EUR 1 million! The color appealed to me, so my focus was entirely on this wonderful beauty and I make this nice photo.

Masters of LXRY (pronounced as Luxery and previously named the Millionaire Fair) is one of the larger events, specially organized for the wealthiest people in Holland. To promote this event, Combino 2089 is stickered in this mainly black advertisement.
Combino 2089 is turning onto the Rembrandt square while it’s on its way to the Central Station. In the background you can see the Utrechtsestraat, a small but beautiful shopping street where tram 4 uses a single track due to the small space.
